Event Details:

Egyptian Club is cordially inviting you to join its first Ladies Only event at Sultan Banquet Hall, organized by the club Ladies’ committee, which offers professionally crafted delicious open buffet and fun activities designed for ladies and girls 12+.

Event Date and Time:

Saturday March 5, 2022. Event admission will start at 6:30 PM and the buffet will be served at 7:30 PM.

Sultan Banquet Hall (Southside): 9241 34a Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5P2

Food:

Open Buffet Dinner. (Regular Food, NOT Indian spicy food).

Halal food will be served in the event.

Roast Baron of Beef, Chicken, Rice, Cabbage Rolls, Perogies, Roast Potatoes, Green Fresh Vegetables, Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Tossed Salad, Coleslaw, Marinated Pasta Salad, Chef’s Choice Salad, Assorted Pickles, Rae Vegetable Tray with Dip.

Sweets: Cheese Cakes, Pastries, Fresh Fruit

Dinner buns, Soft Drinks, Tea/Coffee and all appropriate condiments.

Event Activities:

The final event program based on the majority choice is the following:

(1) Event Special Privacy Protection Policy:

Since this event is for ladies only, extra privacy measurements will be in place as follow:

• All security cameras will be turned off and physically covered
  
• All windows, doors and glass walls will be covered
• Ladies Only Staff and vendors will be serving the event
• SHOOTING PHOTOS IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED DURING THE EVENT.
• Cell phones/Cameras will be collected at the hall entrance by the admission volunteers and will be returned back to the guests at the end of the event.
• The club volunteers’ team will take every necessary measurement including, but not limited to, checking bags and purses to assure everyone safety and privacy to guarantee maximum comfort and enjoyment for everyone during the event.
• Any other measurement that the event manager sees appropriate during the event will be applied immediately.

(2) COVID-19 Safety Measurement:

The following instructions are based on the most recent updates by the Government of Alberta and the City of Edmonton:

• Vaccine immunization QR code scanning is not required anymore at the entrance of the event's hall.
• Face mask/cover is still required indoor at all time except during eating food while you're sitting.
• Social distance is recommended whenever possible, but not required.
• If you are sick, you must stay home and do not attend the event to ensure other guests’ safety.

Event Registration, Cost, Vendors and Age/Gender Restriction:

Event is for Girls 12+ years old and adult ladies only. Girls less than 12 years are not allowed at the event as well as men or boys of any age.

The event ticket is flat rate per person no matter what the age is:

Early Birds Rate: $45/Ticket (+$4.05 all applicable fees and Taxes)

The deadline for early birds’ price is Tuesday Feb 15, 2022 @ 11:59 PM. After this deadline, the regular price will kick-in.

Regular Price $60/Ticket (+$5.40 all applicable fees and Taxes)

Venue admission, open dinner buffet and the event activities will be all covered by the purchased tickets.

Any vendor or Henna Art service will be for extra cost in case you've decided to use their services or buy their goods.
